I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return the jewellery I had accidentally left behind, but they also had a convenient washing machine available to use. the staff's attention to detail and willingness to assist truly exceeded my high expectations. the hotel's proximity to fantastic dining options like Aldeburgh Fish and Chips and Regatta Restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for their outstanding customer service and top-notch amenities.
